I'll see an option as I'm working on another, I'll jump to that section of the document to add it, then spend 7 minutes trying to find that option I passed earlier again. There's so many options and it makes it super time consuming when you know the exact option your looking for.
Like it could still be a dropdown system, but maybe incorporate a search bar to filter the dropdown options into it or smth? So if I type something like "refund" and see all options that contain that word then I only have to sort through 3 options instead of 30+
