ToS;DR icon not linked #12

The ToS;DR icon in the header of http://tosback.org/ only links to eff.org like the EFF logo next to it. Would be good to actually link the ToS;DR icon to tosdr.org

Also, since EFF is in the footer as well, we should add ToS;DR there also. Or alternatively just remove the footer.

Okay, I updated the header. I tried to come up with the footer image, but it didn't work out so well. It's in the TB3 repo (maybe this issue should be there too): https://github.com/tosdr/ToSBack3/blob/master/app/assets/stylesheets/oldcss/tosdr_footer.png

It doesn't look good with the EFF one though so I left it off, but I feel like the page seems weird without a footer. Maybe we can just put something different down there? or someone who wants to match their font better can throw something together?

Try using our official wide logo :)
