Add crawler for ResearchGate.net #33

People were linking the Archive.org version of previous ToS, so I figured it'd be a good addition. I'm not sure how to test it though - I suppose this'll be correct, but be sure to double-check.

@JimmStout is the man for this. Remember to ssh into the tosback.org server, and git pull if/after you merge this into the master branch, otherwise the tosback server chokes on the diverged masters.
