[API] Queue for status of consideration #148

In my fork I'm currently experimenting with TOS-DR.

I'm thinking about consuming the API in an app for Firefox OS. I was able to receive and parse JSON data so far.

Assuming that every suggestion is reviewed by someone, I'd like to have an API to a queue: What is in the pipes right now? In which order? Can a state assigned to it? What services where denied, i.e. not accepted to be integrated to TOS-DR?

Can you file that for tosdr-build instead please?

Let me check the issues filled against that repo first (in order to refer to them).
