Internet Explorer / bootstrap and js issues #98

When clicking "more detail" and then closing the modal, apparently the screen stays gray-ish (IE9 on Windows7)
Not possible to select the text apparently on IE10 on Windows7
IE9 the header isn't transparent and the topics.html page does not work (should be static like index.html maybe?)

PS: No, I have not fiddled with the fonts, they are the default ones

This was probably caused by a forgotten «/h1»! I wonder how long this bug has been there without notice! Anyway, it should be fixed now :-) (I can't reproduce the error myself at university).
