If you refresh/f5 a page and it was moved, could the target be opened instead?

Maybe this could be governed by a setting in case someone wants the old behavior to remain. I'd also like the reopen all action to follow a redirect made if applicable.

Usually my use case is that I'll rename a module, edit all occurrences in AWB, and then want to sync Sublme to this change all in one button press but the move has to be done separately from the reopen-all. But also sometimes I just rename a module and I'd like to just press F5 and have it reopen the new location.

Just rename it from ST :)

haha I have in fact started doing that more and more, maybe this will stop being an issue soon :)
