[Bug] MarkdownPreview conflict #98

Summary

If I convert Markdown to HTML use MarkdownPreview plugin, I get errors in console. If Mediawiker disabled for me I no get errors.

Expected behavior

No errors in console.

Steps to reproduce

The problem is reproduced for me in a version of Sublime Text without plugins and user settings.

I remove all settings of my User\MarkdownPreview.sublime-settings file.

For example, I have markdown file:

1. [Support](#support)
    1. [Platforms](#platforms)
    1. [Sublime Text](#sublime-text)

## Support

### Platforms

Windows, macOS, Linux.

I open my markdown file → in the tab where open my Markdown file, Ctrl+Shift+P → Markdown Preview: Export HTML In Sublime Text → markdown → I get errors in console.

Environment

Operating system and version: Windows 10.0.14393 Sublime Text: Build 3126

Suppress of DeprecationWarning messages: https://github.com/tosher/Mediawiker/releases/tag/3.1.14 Please, check this error after update (it's not a fix of the issue).

@tosher , thank you very much! Now problem not reproduced for me.
