English version #1

Books are the Japanese version only. If there're many (over 30) requests, I'll consider writing the English version on this repo or other medium.

I have seen and heard a lot of good books only written in Japanese. It would be great to have some English translations for good articles/books like this learning terraform with gcp. I am pretty sure that needs are gigantic in the world.
