Incompatible with PECL's OAuth #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install OAuth from pecl
2. include this library

Result: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class OAuthException, because it
clashes with http://php.net/manual/en/class.oauthexception.php
