no sound in lion 10.7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start up in lion
2. opening soundflower
3. setting as default output
4. setting soundflower for headphones out

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i should hear my sound but i hear nothing. it will spontaniously work but i 
have not a clue as to how to get it to work

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5.2 on osx 10.7

Please provide any additional information below.

i have reinstalled abot 50 times. but nothiung works

Have you checked the "Master Volume" in Audio MIDI Setup?  I have seen the OS 
set that volume level to all the way down sometimes.

With the updates it works and all I do to get it to work is adjust the volume 
levels and it Comes back
