Non java resources misplaced . #183

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Use caliper from a installed (mvn install) jar.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
NPE because resources (*.caliperrc) are missing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0-SNAPSHOT

Please provide any additional information below.
The resources (*.caliperrc) should be in src/main/resources instead of 
src/main/java to be incorporated in the deployed jar.
