Suffers with high bit rate ingestion #102

I noticed that outgoing buffer from encoder grows while pushing streams to 
rtmplite server. This means encoder wasn't able to send stream in real time. 
This happens when bitrate is high (>= 2mbps).
Is this known limitation?
