Change the color of toggle buttons and disable the delete button if it's not active #10

In Farmers page

The button wont be disabled when not active. Changed the color to show it will change the farmer to active. Done in: https://github.com/toskabnk/OligesReact/commit/9fa91a75d7e8f4e0c627f022eec17ad7906715ae
