Readme: CubicChunks region files don't include timestamps #2

Parts of the readme explaining CC chunk format include explanation of timestamps. CC doesn't store them at all. The header is immediately followed by chunk data.

Interesting, was this always the case across all versions? Are there other discrepancies? I am happy to update the README with more accurate information. BTW, I appreciate the work you have done for the Cubic Chunks Mod :)
