Multiple icons for some applications #275

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a launcher for some application
2. Click the launcher
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When clicking on a launcher, a small arrow is expected to indicate that
this is running, but instead a new icon appears. This is valid only for
applications, which window titles when runing are different from the
launcher name 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN package for Feisty

Please provide any additional information below.
Typical example for this issue is Epiphany.
