Poor support for nVidia TwinView #291

Under nVidia TwinView and (I would assume) probably under Xinerama, Avant
performs poorly because it centers itself between the two monitors and
doesn't allow the user to change it's docking position. The dock should be
able to be drag-and-dropped to any edge of the screen and then offer a
right click option for "lock".
