ability to disown a launched application #324

Suggestion:

The applications launched by the launcher should be disowned by the
window-navigator. Then the applications running should keep working even if
a fatal bug causes to crash the window-navigator. Or maybe you decide to
kill it, then the applications should continue running.

This is not a defect, i could change it to enhancement.
