Launcher is becoming an active window icon #333

When I launch one App using a launcher, instead of this opened one went to
the active window section my launcher becomes the active window. doing that
I can not launch another instance of the same APP more than one time.

Example:
I added a firefox custom launcher, first click on the launcher to open the
browser. now my firefox launcher is the current opened firefox window  end
when I click on the launcher again I just can minimize and maximize the
window, can not launch another firefox browser. Than if I open another
browser window using an desktop menu the active window Icon is corrected
placed on AWN.

Ubuntu 8.04
