SEPA operations classes, EBICS enhancements

Hi,

I'm presently improving a billing system to manage SEPA operations. Globally, that means building a XML message for a specific operation (direct debit for example), and then send it to a bank URL through EBICS protocole.

Your lib helped me to build the XML message but I'm going to add:

• helper classes: to provide -only once- some initial parameters (such as creditor information) and because i find the README example a bit complex
• EBICS communication (probably using requests)

What's your point? Are you interested in a PR?
