OPA RegoやAWS Cedarなどをチラ見中ただ、コンカレ用に新しく作ってしまった方がいい可能性もある。

場合によってはレートリミットなどもここに記述できるとなおよい (きれいにならない場合は別途別の言語で記述でもよい)
