Change the Receive and Next to Receive icons #285

Let's try changing the Receive and Next Up to Receive icons to something that makes them appear to be related. This would change the Receive button icon in the current UI, and add a new icon to the person profile video preview.

Oooo, these are fun icons. Something Alix pointed out to me was that the app is called "Totem", but has no totems in it! When we talk next I'll share some ideas I've been having about what we could do there.
