Deployment tasks not rescheduled when worker dies #31

Deployment tasks (based on celery) are not rescheduled to run, when celery worker exits prematurely (kill -9) (E.g: OOM error)

Note: When worker dies due to any other reason, the job tasks do get rescheduled to other nodes.
