First, you need to specify identities. Second: Which version are you using?

Roundcube Webmail 1.6.7 I have already created several identifiers

Plugin does only support Classic, Elastic or Larry. I do not know your implementation specifics. So you need to describe a bit more detailed how I can be reproduce your problem. Other wise I can't help you fixing.

I have the default Elastic theme. I simply installed the plugin through the compressor, registered it in the config "$config['plugins'] = ['archive', 'zipdownload', 'plugin-installer', 'identy_switch'];"

I didn't do anything else.

Sorry I can't help you. If cannot describe how I can reproduce the bug, I cannot help you.

I assume you forgot to put in an label description. Empty label = nothing shown.
