Is it possible to reach the developers of the Twitter Streaming plugin?

It works very nicely, when using the "User Network" logic, it will create a row for every mention of a user, or for a retweet for that user, which is pretty good, but it WON'T create a row if you do a quote RT, you know, the "new" RT method that allows you to comment on certain tweet. It would be very nice if that is added.
