Tagging sir #3

As editor I would like to tag any content in any version with a bunch of names. As any user I would like to ask the system for all the content with a concrete tag. The system should show me only the last version of the tagging content if I am an anonymous user ordered by time; otherwise the system will show me any version of all the tagging content I want ordered by content/version and time.

Do you need acceptance criteria, Monsieur Cockburn?
