Email notification is needed to be sent to approver(s) after the user (client) adds/ updates a record.

Describe the solution you'd like

Notification should be sent to approver(s) after the user (client) closes the form or the excel application if he added or updated a record.

Notifiaction functionality:

Notification only be served to send a message if a record is rejected.

Use case:

if a record is rejected an inputfield should appear to type the reason of the rejected record.
this message should be stored to the record that got rejected
after processing all penging records of the given client user, notification is send with the rejected record or records to the specific user with record info and the messages.

Further context to this feature:

Should add a new field to the database records table. (ReasonRecordRejectedMsg) If a record is rejected the approver has the ability to type in to an inbox field a message which will be stored with the record.

This message will be inserted together whit the record data to the email body.
