Resizable View is not supported completely #148

Describe the bug The resizable View update is a good one. Much needed features since we started. Following issues were raised at my end,

During Startup: Error raised before View Appeared

After Startup: The view does not seem to be in the best form/size.

On Restore Down: Error occurs and during resizing from all edges.

To Reproduce Resize the view from the sides

Expected behavior No guard should raise any error.

Yes was expecting this for other resolutions... Will change the Resizer to display a predefined resolution size and not a dynamic one by percentage.

@tothzola yes minimum size of form should have been fixed

Can you also dynamically fix the height of list boxes? And the notes we have kept as well? Notes in export form.
