User Registration Request #150

To use the application I crated to user to have access.

Login credentials user as CLIENT:

u: userclient p: Az@12345

Login credential user as APPROVER:

u: userapprover p: Az@12345

Or can request a registration here.

Write in the comment bellow a chosen user name and an valid e-mail address.

This issue should remains open.

Heroku free postgres database is not available anymore.
