a wild observation appeared

since we have some stations that do triple broadcasts ("in-line") it could be used to double-check whether the EOF detected is OK (ie. allow for < 20% tolerance) metadata that can be hypothetically collected:

if we have one that's significantly longer interference++
if we have xx40 missing it's likely null (for stations that ommit this)
if we have E11/e11a with length of about 3:15 ( + recordara-generated silence) it's a null. similarly we can infer probable length of the msg based on this. one problem is the stations that do etc. mon/wed re-tx (not "in-line") [-> problem is the order of the re-tx may also not be static]. this would need a separate analysis system. which is probably a better idea anyways (ex post facto from S3 & outputs to separate page w/ the new index, rather than doing this online w/ a condition waiting for the 00/20/40 txes to complete) one problem is we can't fix broken recordings that way.
