Lots of classes juggling around copies of $input and/or $output and/or $io
The service container \CRM\CivixBundle\Services has a long name and is missing commonly used data.

The service container is \Civix, and it includes more common elements. You can can do I/O with Civix::input(), Civix::output(), or Civix::io().

I don't believe we currently have any cases where you need to re-enter the Application with different values of $input,$output. But if those come up, then we can figure out a push-pop mechanism. (The main application doesn't, but the test-suites might-do, and I had to do some revisions for the test-suites anyway. So went ahead and did it.)
