Fix the session detail status label #149

This fixes bugs where the status label was showing "This session hasn't started yet." and the label vanishing when we get a config change, or view speaker bio and return.

Two changes:

Ensures we are comparing instants in conference time when determining the message to use.
Added messaging for sessions already in progress.
