[Summary]

Aiming for more inclusive language, and following new policy from GitHub and others.

[Fix]

Change the default branch in Github (Done)
Update the default branch for Azure CI (this change)

[Testing]

No testing yet. Will need to see if this triggers a build on a PR, but may not until it is merged into main.
