Upgrade to mariaDB10.4 #13

Heyho,

your project seems fine and works quite well for me but can you maybe update the project to work with mariaDB 10.4, would be awesome to seem an ongoing maintenace here :smile: Currently 10.3 is in use and there was not update since 8 month on dockerHub: https://hub.docker.com/r/toughiq/mariadb-cluster/dockerfile

I just created a 10.4 branch and a corresponding tag in dockerhub. But I couldnt test the new version by now.

mysqld 10.4.10-MariaDB-1:10.4.10+maria~bionic Seems to work fine so far, at least i can access and create automated backup. Thanks mate :dagger: And i have to say that my app run way much smotther on 10.4 and maxscale 2.2.5 image.
