Increase video upload file size #22

First, thanks for your effort to keep this lib being maintained. Currently, video size limit is 5MB https://github.com/touren/twitter-kit-ios/blob/ee9a81e0279b72f7d8e74b194705e34e14fca679/TwitterKit/TwitterKit/Social/Identity/API%20Client/TWTRAPIClient.m#L269

Could you increase this size or keep the original size?

Expected behavior

Can upload video with bigger size
