[front] refactor: move some items from sidebar to personal menu #1159

Context

The sidebar contains a lot of items. To make the application easier to use and more welcoming we would like to move the following items from the sidebar to the top-right personal menu:

My comparisons
My rated elements

Expected

The top right menu should look like:

My recommendations
My comparisons
My compared elements
Horizontal divider
Vouch for other users
Horizontal divider
etc.
