[back] refactor: harmonization of emails style #1999

Description

The style of all e-mails sent by the back end has been updated to match the style introduced by https://github.com/tournesol-app/tournesol/pull/1884. They should look less "amateurish" now.

Now, all emails:

have blue header to match the colour of the front end
end with the signature "The Tournesol team"
