[solidago] chore: plug individual scores initialization and more consistent naming #2023

Description

Use previously computed individual scores to initialize preference learning in Solidago pipeline
Rename class TournesolInput into PipelineInput in solidago
Rename class TournesolInputFromPublicDataset into TournesolDataset
Rename arguments criteria into criterion for consistency
Upgrade dependencies pandas, numpy (keeping <2.0 for now) and numba
