Add Actions Component to Video Analysis Page #936

TODO:

[ ] make action buttons blue for visibility
[ ] Icon buttons + text (unlike usual actions)
[ ] Accessible actions:
- [ ] Recommandable/Unrecommandable (or Like/Unlike): will be taken into account to improve Tournesol score
- [ ] Thank you
- [ ] Share (with various options: Twitter, etc)
- [x] Compare now
- [ ] Add to Rate later

We could use MUI button group: https://mui.com/material-ui/react-button-group/#vertical-group

Or simply a space stacked of buttons (I prefer this option which offer more relaxed display).

idea We could use different colors for different actions, and keep this consistency across all the application. I think displaying several blue buttons won't be as readable as at least two alternating colors.
