raised an exception on windows 7(64bit) #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.when i start the program
2.it was working fine about 3 month, but from a week ago its raised an 
exception, when i starts the program
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
