Bug with recent ffmpeg versions #125

As reported by bilgriss on tovid-users:

The most recent builds of ffmpeg seem to be giving an error of "Please use vf=pad" and not creating the output file. I found a few forum references. This effectively kills the ffmpeg option in tovid. See below: http://forums.clip-bucket.com/showthread.php?5124-Possible-fix-FFMPEG.. . http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=154588 replace "-vfilters" with "-vf"
