Establish Eepsite #144

Since the tor network's reliability is low, we could provide another anonymous way to access the site.

I'd recommend i2pd. Java tends to get oomed.

The tunnel configuration for i2pd is pretty easy too. Let me know how I can help.

It appears ngix + nix comes with i2pd preinstalled, so, that appears to be what we are going to be going with.

@nonmakina if you get the chance can you post the .nix changes you made when you got this working on dev with @xComatoast ?
