Weird error from posting files with the same names #323

Posting multiple screenshots I was taking in succession all with the same filename ended up throwing up this error when trying to post:

The server took too long to submit your post. Your post was probably still submitted. If it wasn't, we might be experiencing issues right now -- please try your post again later. Error information:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start with a file, in my case unknown.png
  2. Upload that file to a post
  3. Upload another file with the same filename
  4. Try to post
  5. Receive error

Its consistent for me, but its easy to get around by just changing the filenames of one of the images to unknown1.png or any other easy alteration to the filename.

This was very likely an issue with cloudflare. Closing for now, if the issue persists please re-open!
