Some components could not be updated with PyCharm 2.6.3 #591

I have pythonxy install in the computer, these plugin could not be update via 
the package upgrade function (Project Interpreter > Package > Upgrade):

+ h5py:
+ matplotlib
+ netCDF4
+ pandas
+ pyparsing
+ rst2pdf
+ scikit-learn

How to solve these upgrade? To install separately or wait until further 
versions?

It is not recommended updating pythonxy plugins via pycharm. Just download and 
install the latest pythonxy package instead.
