add calendar view #19

button at the top of the table that toggles between View as table and View as calendar. Show the current context in the calendar

If we want to stick with the bootstrap styling approach http://bootstrap-calendar.eivissapp.com/ and http://www.bootstrap-year-calendar.com/#Examples/Full%20example may also be viable options.
