[x] re-establish CHFDdispatch forwarding
[x] test PA extraction to a spreadsheet
[x] extract entries from spreadsheet for processing
[x] push content into CSV for upload to ODS
[ ] refactor python code to accept the OneDrive csv file
[ ] test updates to EMS file in staging

the script process-ems-dispatch.py must be modified to read from the spreadsheet instead of parsing email.

emails are not being forwarded from CHFDdispatch@town...

Extract functionality is running in Power Automate under the 'opendataservice' account. The csv file needs to be integrated back into the extraction process.
