In this PR, Teal adds the ability to allow a plugin to provide file upload functionality to the Rich Text Field. The first of these plugins will be ex_teal_direct_upload. Because Teal does not generally prescribe or configure a default form of asset management, we leave this up to plugins to fulfill the functionality requirements.
In this PR in ex_teal_direct_upload (pending), you can see an implementation that uses it's presigning ability to directly upload an asset to S3 before the new editor functionality embeds the asset into the document.
