A/V support #30

Hey, A/V is supported now ?

Semi-supported. Audio is sort of supported in local tests (sending and receiving audio works). Video is not supported at all. Both are supported in theory, if the API it binds to is actually implemented. Currently that API is a shim on top of the old A/V API. @mannol is working on a new A/V API. Once that is done, tox4j will adapt its binding to the consensus and will support it within a few hours of me noticing it's done and being available for work.
