include: Turkish Language support #41

Due to lack of Turkish language support, some placeholders appear with missing letters.

For example: I am having trouble with letters like "İ i", "I ı", "Ö ö", "Ü ü", "Ş ş", "Ğ ğ" ... etc.

I think all language support should be brought

There is no Turkish support. This causes corruption in the placeholders we added to hud. Screenshot_1
