Mongolian Throat Singing/View angle voice pitch control. #12

Take this hypothetical, Your walking around an alleyway, you turn a corner and you see two deadbeats violently convulsing and shaking there heads around screaming at each other in some strange almost rhythmic tongue. ... They fall silent and look at you, then in almost a specified chant, shake their heads around throat singing then fuck off into a nearby drain pipe. You feel something wrong, you look down and find your lizard is gone and a mist replaces it's place, the mist dissipates and all that is left is a metal faucet and an insane degree of pain. Those weren't some deadbeats, they were throaters (or idk some cultists). We can make throat singing a viable rp mechanic. The first mongolian throat singing mechanic in a game yet.

If (Onhelium=1) {heliumconsumed=Throat} Your prefered pitch can be slightly changed at anytime, the throat singing is more of a tool then a solution to change the base pitch. The base pitch is seperate then the throat singing* sorry that was ambiguous View angle control also allows for things like growling at each other or singing, or just weird noises in general. Specifically what makes me interested would be a form of magic. Magic chants would be "phrases" made out of certain view angle throat sings. Doing so would do something. Also I just think it's another fun way to unconventionally communicate in game. Like some one born deaf could only communicate like that.
