finite resource phantoms have that their abilities rely on.

around their corpse and around their place of death, they have an amount proportional to how close they are, always given but must replenish over time if used so they can't spam it repeatedly

the amount of sorrow required for abilities aimed at people should be lowered in some cases, like harmful actions against your murderer or anyone who loots your dead body
